Job Description
- Researching, designing and writing new software programs in C# and .Net
- Leading and guiding Associate and Application Engineers.
- Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects.
- Updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.
- Troubleshooting the problems with KL, overseas offices, or ships.
- Recognizing adn taking action action when escalation and de-escalation is required for critical and urgent cases and follow designated procedures.
- Training users to use applications and roll out to production and document user procedures.
- Assisting users in User Acceptance Test.
- Providing Weekly/Monthly status report on work progress.
- Carrying out safety and security duties from time to time and be assigned. as member of the Crisis Management Team, as when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be good in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills with working experience
- Experience in C# and .Net is preferred for this position
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with 2-3 years work experiences in a similar capacity.
- Good knowledge of Software Development Methodology; and past experience in application project development will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical skill in the process definition.
