Job Description
- Performs intradermal, intramuscular and subcutaneous injections
- Maintains patient records
- Conduct health awareness.
- Reports inventory of vaccines and supplies
- Maintains log book of daily transactions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- Preferably with I.V. Therapy certificate, but not required.
- Computer literate
- With above-average intelligence, highly responsible, trustworthy, proficient communication skills, hardworking, and good interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Flexible
- Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela
