Job Description

Store Marketing

  • To coordinate with the Marketing Manager, Graphic artist, Designated Store personnel and other Departments involved in the implementation of all.
  • Marketing Activities and projects.
  • Act as the point person of all the stores' Marketing requirements, requests, inquiries problems, concerns, suggestions and recommendations.
  • Visit stores to identify their weaknesses and strengths and come up with Local Store Marketing Activities that will increase foot traffic and sales.
  • Conduct sureys and research to conceptualize Local Store Marketing Plans.
  • Spearhead implementation of Local Store Marketing Plans.
  • Safekeep and manage stores marketing information such as: inventory of collaterals, mall contact information, store promo.
  • Monitor Performance of Marketing promotions and activities in all stores.
  • Prepare a Report on all Store Marketing promotions and activities conducted with analysis, recommendations and action plans.
  • Maintain good relationships with store mall personnel.
  • Act as the liason officer of the brand to the Marketing Department of all malls where we are located.
  • Maximize mall exposure through free and paid collateral, social media, events and tie-ups/collaborations.

Social Media Customer Service

  • Monitor all social media postings, comments and news regarding the brand. including print ads, print features and TV exposures if any.
  • Assure that all comments, feedback and features in social and print media about the brand are acknowledged, problems resolved and relationships established based on set standards.
  • Coordinate and inform marketing head and the respective department heads involved/related to.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing or Business Courses.
  • 2 years experience in the same capacity.
  • Project Management Skills is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling Social Media and Website inquiries, complaints, and other engagements with social media accounts follwers is an advantage.
  • Above Average verbal and written Communication.
  • Coordination and Presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization and third parties.
  • Above Average knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office word, excel and powerpoint.
  • Above average writing skills for memos, reports, letters etc.
  • Pleasant personality and likeable.
  • Has keen attention to details.
  • Highly Organized with schedules and records.
  • Willing to travel and visit various branches.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in conceptualizing and preparing Marketing Plans, Promos and Events.
  • Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
  • Personnal active accounts and activities in one or all of the following social media platforms:
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
    • Twitter
    • YouTube
    • Blogs, etc.
  • Experienced and has interest in doing research using the Internet and acual face to face contact with customers, collegues from the industry as well as people from other industries.

About Fagokho Corporation

After perfecting his ramen skill, Chef Ikuta Satoshi, a native of Fukuoka Japan, opened his first small ramen shop on September 2004 in Shinjuku Japan which operated only on Tuesdays. He named it Ramen Nagi.
In Ramen Nagi, every noodles that comes from the counter are custom cooked based on the four basic choice: Butao King (original pork bone broth), Black King ( pork broth infused with squid ink), Red King (spicy pork broth) and the Green King (an Italian inspired soup made from a combination of olive oil and basil).
