- Pick up and carries messages, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or to other business concerns, traveling by foot, or public conveyance.
- Responsible for securing the necessary licenses, permits, and other documents from various regulatory agencies to facilitate operation of new and existing branches and businesses.
- Assist in administrative duties such as processing insurance of company vehicles, building establishments; monitoring of company issued properties to employees e.g. laptops, mobile phones, etc; processing of insurance claims.
- Assist in any audit and compliance related tasks.
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Engineering/Architecture/Building Studies/Project Management related discipline or other similar qualifications.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field and working with consultants / vendors.
- Able to work independently with a high level of initiatives.
- Team and client oriented.
- Good collaborative, negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Familiar with retail/commercial construction.
- Willing to travel and be assign to different locations.
