Job Description
- Responsible for the preparation and recording of Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices.
- Monitor completeness of Sales Invoices and Delivery Receipt
- Submission of weekly & monthly report to General Accountant, Operations Manager and Management
- Responsible for collecting, recording, updating and monitoring collection to clients.
- Submit report of collections and credible withholding tax to general accountant weekly and monthly.
- Responsible for preparation of Accounts Payable and 2307 withholding tax.
- Responsible for preparation of payroll and last pay.
- BIR Tax preparation
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or any Accounting related course
- Required skill(s): analyzing data, attention to detail, billing and invoicing, accounting, idata management, MS Excel, Knowledgeable in Accounting Systems.
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specializing in General Accounting or equivalent
- Experienced or knowledgeable about the food industry
- Candidate must be willing to work or relocate in Makati
- Full-Time position(s) available.
