Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for handling chain, retail and commissary account of the company. Maintains constant communication with existing clients, offering new products and innovation fit for their organisation. Develop new clients as assigned by the Head of Sales and Marketing Department, assisting them in their requirements and offering alternative and/ or suggestions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages schedule for clients (e.g., asking status of projects even if there are no problems, giving updates to clients, etc.)

  • Updates clients regularly without delay.
  • Strictly monitors the progress of the project to ensure that the product/ service is delivered on time (always asks updates from engineering, operations, and service)
  • Creates an after sales relationship—more than just client-supplier (e.g., greeting them on their birthdays, etc.)
  • Properly communicates the problem of the project to the client
  • Handles customer complaints effectively using the correct mix of empathizing, apologizing and making resolution
  • Provides fast assistance to the client if they encounter problem or questions regarding the product
  • Able to say “no” or to disagree on important issues with the client respectfully
  • Able to think of the worst-case scenario while simultaneously suggesting numerous solutions
  • Thinks and makes a list of contingency plans (realistic and feasible) and spearheads the execution of this plan
  • Makes right decisions during crucial stage on how to resolve problems
  • Sets priorities and sticks to them
  • Aligns time commitments to priorities
  • Delegates or eliminates activities to free up more time for key priorities
  • Sets SMART goals, concrete steps, and reviews the progress in attaining the goals set
  • Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday - Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, MS Office; Strong analytical and planning skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Applicants must be willing to work and relocate in Magallanes, Makati City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Pleasant and bubbly personality;
  • Approachable;
  • Experienced or knowledgeable about the food industry;
  • Passionate about learning
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
  • Customer Service Focus
