Job Description
Product Manager (PM) will lead a squad comprising of Associate Product Managers, Data Analyst, UX Researcher, UI Designer, and a lot of Software Engineers (Back End, Front End and Quality Assurance). These are the main responsibilities:
- Create prioritization based on impact and effort
- Making sure what you deliver have value both in terms of number and user experience
- Monitoring the performance of your KPI in order to reach it
- Create backlogs and tasks needed
- Being the one filling all the gaps inside your squad.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably in IT majors or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Manager
- Data-driven, both qualitative and quantitative
- Strong knowledge of business, users, and technology
- Optimistic and skeptical at the same time
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Attention to details
- Ability to build awareness with stakeholders, in terms of planning a product or feature (ability to say NO convincingly is a huge plus)
- Senior, middle and junior position(s) available
