- Leading, managing, and keeping store managers accountable.
- Conducts regular field work with the store managers regularly.
- Creating processes and ensuring they are being followed.
- Setting and helping to achieve goals set for the stores.
- Monitors weekly stock inventories.
- Maintains and implements standards of quality in all food and beverage service operations.
- Train team Members to achieve excellent quality of customer service.
- Helping our team grow both personally and professionally.
- Monitors Over-all expenses per branch and assured that actual .expenses should not exceed the allocated budget.
- Develops operational procedures for the unit.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in PnL and people management;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Able to work effectively in a high pressure, rapidly changing environment;
- Attention to detail, dependable, demonstrates a high degree of integrity and reliability;
- Preferably Managers specializing in Food, Beverage, Restaurant Service, or equivalent;
- Willing to work on shifting hours.
