Job Description
Recruitment:
- Manages the recruitment and selection process
- Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions
- Ensures that Job Description are in place
- Reviewing resumes and applications sent by job applicants
- Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates
Training:
- Conducts training needs analysis
- Responsible for the overall training activities
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent;
- Atleast 1-2 years experience as Human Resource Generalist ;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
