Sales and Marketing Manager  

The superstar Marketing Manager will carry out the following responsibilities:

• Rebranding - Faburrito is under a transition where it is making substantial changes in its branding, menu and overall marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager is expected to deliver with excellence on the Company's rebranding efforts
• Social and Digital Media Marketing - Provide directives for the social media contents and strategy for the Company's various accounts and create directives for digital marketing
• Local Sales Marketing Management - Manage a team to aggressively promote the Company's products to the market through bulk sales and tie-ups

Personal Qualities -we are looking for a superstar candidate who should be able to embody the following qualities:

• Results-oriented - Finds gratification in aiming and meeting sales targets. Will do the most that he/she can to reach for the stars and hit the targets
• Aggressive - Constantly pushes self and the team to achieve the goals of the Company
• Excellence - Constantly doing more than what is expected of him. He is someone who over-delivers
• Integrity - Demonstrate that he has strong moral foundations, that he is someone who will do the right thing no matter whatever temptation would come his way. This also means that the person should have no criminal record or any record that would indicate that he has been dishonest in his previous job
• Leadership - Confident and demonstrates leadership qualities. The person should be good at dealing with people by empowering others to believe in a shared purpose.
• Communication skills - Strong communication skill. The person should be able to communicate his ideas effectively both in English and Tagalog, oral or written
