Job Description
- Provides accounting assistance to the Accounting and Finance Department such but not limited to preparation of vouchers, Statement of Accounts to clients and other related tasks
- Persistence in realizing receivables
- Monitors due dates of all accounts payables and executes payments of accounts payable on time
- Prepares and maintains accounting documents and records
- Duties appropriate for the position
Minimum Qualifications
- With a college degree in either Accounting, Business, Finance or related field
- Proven accounting and finance experiences, preferably in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Well organized
- Fresh graduates
- A resident of the Philippines only
