Assist on the day to day operation of Finance & Accounting Department such as but not limited to:
- Preparation of check voucher / cheque
- Telegraphic transfer / manager’s
- Check Voucher / Filling of check voucher per supplier
- Log to check monitoring
- Log to ledger per supplier
- Preparation of cashflow statement, & daily cash report
- Checking of reimbursement
- Summary of check voucher / photocopy the voucher
General Accounting (AP/AR)
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or of any equivalent course.
- With experience in General Accounting (AP/AR) is an advantage
- Required skill(s): With good analytical skills and can work under minimum supervision.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
- General math skills and proficiency in MS Office esp. in Excel.
- Result-oriented and pro-active.
- Good knowledge of general accounting procedures.
- Ability to work independently or as a team member.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino.
- At least 1 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field is an advantage for this position, but not necessary.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cainta, Rizal.
