Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner and calibrate with Recruitment to ensure that new hire profiles are accurate, updated, and adhered to.
- Identify and report gaps and areas for improvement to immediate manager.
- Understand attrition trends and address what causes it by working in partnership with Training and Operations to drive a better employee experience and effective results.
- Implement engagement activities and interventions for new hires during onboarding and assimilation into Operations (30-60-90 day touchpoints).
- Support day to day supervision of new hires in Training up to assimilation into Operations.
- Assists in preparing recommendations to implement improved processes.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Project Management skills preferred
- Performance is measured by Recruitment, Training and Operations metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office program.
- Ability to define the problem, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Analytical problem-solving skills, linear and logical troubleshooting skills.
- Judgment is required to solve problems which may require some interpretation of policies and practices within an area of expertise.
