Job Description
Responsible for reviewing contracts and determining billable attributes for the population of client specific templates. Review weekly workbooks containing extracted billable data to ensure the accuracy of calculations and content. A complete review of approved invoices to contract workbook to ensure compliance with terms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- For the assigned set of accounts, create contract master workbook by reviewing contracts and extracting billable attributes.
- Work with IT, Client Solutions and Operations to determine appropriate calculations for each billable attribute and confirm reports that will be used for data extraction.
- Once all calculations are approved, create standard data aggregation workbooks.
- Review weekly workbooks completed by OTC specialist to confirm the accuracy of data and calculations.
- Distribute verified workbooks to CS/Ops and ensure receipt of timely approvals.
- Once full month of data is approved by CS/OPS, deliver workbooks to Billing team for invoice creation.
- Based on assigned schedule, compare approved final invoice to contract master template to ensure billing is in accordance to contract terms. Internal and external reporting systems to extract billable data.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in an analytical role that had a focus on handling a high volume of sensitive data with a high degree of accuracy with short delivery times.
- Excellent financial analytical skills, proficient with researching variances, and preparing reports.
- Highly proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office with a requirement of advanced excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to a fixed graveyard schedule.
- Candidates must be open to work in Taguig.
