Job Description
Summary
Responsible for extracting and compiling data from multiple systems. Once extracted, aggregate data into pre defined templates and performing a series of validation steps to ensure completeness prior to distributing for review.
Duties & Responsibilities
- For assigned set of accounts, access internal and external reporting systems to extract billable data.
- Populated pre defined client workbooks with data for each verified billable attribute.
- Perform validation steps as defined in contract terms to ensure all appropriate data has been captured.
- Distribute completed assigned reports to designated OTC analyst.
Scope of Responsibility
Responsible for all daily reporting for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of reports being distributed and report issues upon discovery for immediate remediation.
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business administration.
- 2 years of experience in a fast paced high transactional volume field required.
- Excellent financial analytical skills, proficient with researching variances, and preparing reports.
- Highly proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office with a requirement of advanced excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to a fixed graveyard schedule.
- Candidates must be open to work in Taguig.
