Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report daily Treasury or cash activities by monitoring bank accounts and General Ledger (G/L) activities.
- Monitor Company bank account balances and G/L activities to ensure adequacy of available funds for transactions.
- Analyze Company cash data to determine current and projected cash account positions.
- Execute cash movements to ensure positive account balances at end of day.
- Provide daily cash data to leadership and Company business partners.
- Initiate testing for electronic file transmission to Banking Partners.
- Review and analyze the large daily volume of electronic and paper documentation regarding Company cash accounts to ensure the integrity of balance and transaction information.
- Continually assess business process for improvements in technical and regulatory compliance.
- Responsible for one or more specialized functions for the Treasury Operations and/or Reconciliation department.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of job related experience is required for this position.
- Candidates must be open to work in Taguig.
- Candidates must be amenable to work on a Mid Shift working schedule (ex. 2pm - 11pm)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient analytical skills required.
- Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office. Oracle experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
