Job Description

  • Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the Internet.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for providing telephone and chat technical support and excellent customer service solutions to users pertaining to PC technical problem, Internet Connection ( Wired and Wireless ), and Digital TV.
  • Responsible for maintaining professional and satisfied relationship with clients and customers by providing product and service troubleshooting while educating about the features and benefits of their purchase/subscription.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Completed at least 2 years in college or equivalent;
  • With or without call center experience;
  • High school Graduates are also welcome to apply;
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
  • Basic knowledge of PC usage and internet navigation;
  • Hired candidates will start ASAP;
  • Willing to work in Makati Sites.
