Job Description

  • Can successfully communicate with customers to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with others to ensure the customer issues are resolved.
  • Understands the concept of "solution delivered" on first contact.
  • Assists and provides solutions for the customer's questions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • No experience required
  • Open to high school graduates
  • Must have average to good communication skills
  • At least 25 words-per-minute typing speed
  • Must possess excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • Must have working knowledge of computers and the internet
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City
