Job Description
The Recruitment and Training Officer will be responsible for accomplishing staffing objectives throughout the organization and ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains the top employees, while developing a strong talent pipeline.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be in charge of full-cycle recruitment.
- Efficiently fill available positions.
- Pool qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and programs.
- Coordinate with Operations Department regarding manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with Training and Development Team regarding quality of candidates.
- Coordinate with Training and Development Team in assessing prospective training needs for employees.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job ads to appropriate job board, etc.
- Build networks to find passive candidates.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives (University Relations).
- Assist in preparation of candidate documentary requirements.
- Provide analytical and comprehensive recruiting reports.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
- Established work experience in the recruitment field for 2-3 years.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes.
- Knowledgeable in test administration and interpretation (Skills and Psychometric).
- Knowledge in Training Needs Analysis is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Good judgment and can work independently with unquestionable integrity.
