Job Description
The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for delivering Human Resources support services based on the company’s needs and requirements. The work may include, without limitation, administration, timekeeping, performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, and other HR related functions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related discipline.
- One (1) year experience in over-all Human Resources tasks is a plus but not required.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Able to adapt in a diverse working environment.
- Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Good judgment and can work independently with unquestionable integrity.
