Job Description
The Team Leader manages the day-to-day development and operations for the team. (Reports directly to the Operations Manager)
Responsibilities:
- Mentors and guides team members for skills improvement and prmotional opportunities in accordance with established practices and procedures;
- Conducts coaching sessions and team huddles by recognizing their strengths and weaknesses to offer resolutions and constructive feedback;
- Supervises team members in the daily operation aspects, including reviewing of status and performance;
- Establishes direction and evaluates the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the team;
- Developes and maintains products knowledge at the highest possible level;
- Coordinates with the management to understand and ascertain business objectives;
- Monitors progress of project implementation and prepares project status reports;
- Documents accurate and timely communication of client and project concerns to Operations Manager;
- Ensures that calls are addressed professionally;
- Handles international calls and excalations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- With at least 3 years team lead or supervisory experience in the BPO industry;
- Experience in handling a team and managing customers;
- Willing to work during graveyard shift;
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
- With high level of organizational and time management skills;
- Keen attention to details and acuracy;
- Admirable people skills and with confidence in dealing a wide variety of individuals and group;
- With great sense of initiative and assertiveness.
- Willing to start immediately.
