Job Description
Evident Communications is searching for a Business Analyst whose primary purpose is to drive operational improvement across different units within the organization. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate his/her ability to understand business challenges, deliver creative problem solving and inspire the team about the possibilities of technology-driven change.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
- Serve as thought leader on industry trends, technology, and innovation
- Conduct periodic review of Evident’s business model and implement strategies on how to keep it robust and up-to-date
- Conduct market analyses, analyzing both Evident’s service offerings and the overall profitability of the business
- Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize, streamline and/or automate current practices and workflows
- Work with internal stakeholders to identify their operational problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution
- Facilitate the implementation of change within the organization and ensure smooth transition to new procedures, processes, and applications
- Craft a playbook of Evident’s processes by documenting operational workflows and requirements
- Provide business analysis and/or process review to support Evident’s initiatives/project execution and operations
- Act as solution advisor to stakeholders in solving issues on business processes
- Prepare and present analytical and/or reporting results to Senior Management and key stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, derive insights from data, and communicate with diverse teams.
