Accounting Assistant Manager  

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for the regular compilation of financial reports. Assist in the development and maintenance of financial reporting systems to ensure integrity of finances based on sound accounting procedures and controls.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

FINANCIAL

• Contributes to operational efficiency by:
• ensure security of funds received by following procedures for proper controls and timely deposits thru daily cash position and bank reconciliation.
• analytical reporting compliance to Government regulatory requirements and tax avoidance planning.
• close monitoring of departmental expenses accountability thru effective departmental spending analysis.
• Participate in financial statement preparation.

BUSINESS PROCESS

• Ensure operational effectivity by:
• Responsible for the operation of all accounting systems and records, including, but not limited to cash receipts, cash disbursement, general ledger and payroll.
• proper implementation of Company's standard operating procedures. proper development & standard procedures and systems to maintain accurate financial information.

CUSTOMER

• Ensures operational productivity:
• Working closely with other departments, to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Supervises General Acctg function for both companies.

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Ensures operational competency by providing guidance in Financial Statement preparation and various business taxes computation & compliance.

• Preferably, BS Accountancy graduate or related field
• With minimum experience of 3-5 years of related experience
