Inventory Analyst  

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for the development and implementation of policies and procedures, systems and best practices with regard to inventory for the purpose of maintaining accurate financial information.

Responsibilities:

• Performs regular cycle count, physical inventory, updating of inventory, detailed recording, reconciliation and analysis of inventory movement and other reports related to inventory management;
• Helps to provide information to efficiently analyze and monitor distribution of merchandise to achieve sales growth and inventory targets;
• Helps to assist in maintaining accurate and timely inventory records and desired merchandise inventory level, replenishment and assortment; performs thorough store merchandise analysis to develop supply strategies in stock management while maximizing sales profit and inventory turns;
• Proper development and implementation of inventory controls, policies, standard operating procedures and systems to maintain accurate financial information;
• Close monitoring and proper preparation of all inventory reports, records, forms and other financial documents;
• Proper implementation of inventory management system.;

• Female
• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Business Management major in Accounting or its equivalent.
• Related work experience in the same capacity specializing in accounting and sales inventory management such as merchandise analysis, replenishment, assortment, allocation, physical count, recording, consolidating, reconciliation and analyzing reports in inventory is an advantage,
