Store Manager Trainee  

The Store Manager is responsible for running stores to meet the company’s sales targets and adheres to company policies.

The aim of a Store Manager is to maximize profit and minimize costs.

A Store Manager ensures promotions are accurate and items are properly merchandised to conform with company standards.

He makes sure that his sales staff are fully aware of the sales target for the day and customer care standards.

1. Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field. Experience in robots, toys, collectibles, anime, manga, and comic books
3. Highly computer literate and with excellent communication and leadership skills
4. Has excellent customer service skills and with pleasing personality
5. Must have a sense of urgency and initiative to perform set duties even without instructions
6. Can work under minimum supervision and able to cope up with pressures and deadlines
