Job Description
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, recording financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Use Excel to input and organize financial data, create formulas, and generate reports.
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements.
- Maintain an organized system for filing financial documents, ensuring confidentiality and ease of retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to support finance-related tasks as needed.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, organization, and basic calculations.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
