Job Description
- Welcomes and directs visitors to the appropriate person in the office
- Maintains office security by following safety procedures such as - screening incoming phone calls, issuing visitor passes, monitoring logbooks
- Performs other tasks such as coordinating schedules, receiving mails, ensuring reception area are clean and presentable
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative or similar role
- Pleasing personality with a professional attitude and appearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
