Job Description
An international organization specializing in audit, accountancy, tax, legal and advisory services is searching for an entrepreneurial and digital savvy HR professional who will modernise the firm’s strategies and policies to align with current market practices. The position will report to the partner in charge of HR and work with the Executive Committee of the firm.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and implement a dynamic talent acquisition strategy targeting to attract the right talent, including an active social media presence as well as an attractive recruitment and onboarding process
- Design and implement a strong employer branding strategy, using digital tools (such as relevant social media and career pages) and creative mind-set
- Develop a consistent compensation policy and define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to the firm’s strategy and business objectives
- Act as the primary HR Advisor and provide expertise and guidance in implementing and facilitating the performance management process and talent development
- Lead or partner with service line leaders concerning areas of employee compensation and benefits, firm and HR policies, talent acquisition, on and off boarding, training and development and other HR related functions
- Initiate and participate in key and/or regular HR exercises (budgeting, manpower planning, annual performance and compensation review, talent development). Conduct employee engagement surveys and make recommendations to Executive Committee for improvements
- Handle daily HR routines and operations (including employee contracts / disputes / disciplinary / complaints / whistleblowing) and interact with statutory bodies to ensure compliance
- Liaise with regional HR officers as well as Group HR
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a College/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- A Masters Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management is an advantage
- At least 6-8 years of hands on experience in an international environment, preferably in a professional services sector
- Experienced user of social media as professional tool to influence business communities, develop brand and convey messages
- Well-versed with employment laws and regulations in the Philippines
- Business-oriented, strategic and results-driven with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
