Job Description
A large international company is looking for Engineers for its Asia R&D hub in Cebu. Join a world leader in Research & Development for automotive parts!
Responsibilities
- Search the web for new information related to defined keywords
- Develop the necessary RSS for his(her) surveillance
- Visit exhibitions related to his(her) fields of search and network in Asia
- Summarize the information (written)
- Alert on strategic information found
- Support the engineering team on patent research
- Report information found on a regular basis
- Organize and keep a database of all the information found
- Share the information found within the engineering team and participate in the development of an innovation spirit.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanics, Plastics Engineering or equivalent experience;
- At least 2 years of experience in research and patent analysis;
- Good written and oral communication skills; has excellent command of English;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word;
- Efficient with computers and other related technology;
- Good knowledge in Google tools;
- With knowledge in automotive materials and products;
- Passionate about research;
- Familiar with patent analysis (Portal Search, Technical and Legal Analysis);
- Able to quickly understand new concept and processes;
- Capacity to popularize and summarize technical information.
