Qualification Guidelines

Education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in a Business or Marketing related field

Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar position or at least 3 years’ experience in B2B Sales of services

Business understanding: Proven knowledge in current industry trends (Branding/ Marketing)


  • High capacity to create and develop network of clients and candidates
  • Excellent capacity to scope the client’s needs
  • Excellent capacity to negotiate prices vs. services
  • First-hand experience with account management
  • Computer literate (advanced use of Microsoft Office Software and internet applications)
  • Full proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Highly capable of communicating (oral and written communication) with all levels of management
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Result-oriented
Job Description

Basic Functions:

  • Builds an active database of qualified prospects, generating leads from personal contacts, external centers of influence, client referrals, and marketing sources
  • Provides advice and coaching to clients, building a strategic and personal relationship with key client decision makers
  • Conducts initial client meetings and promote branding consulting services
  • Analyzes client needs and propose an adapted scope of services
  • Appropriately closes new business, documenting won/lost opportunities and reasons for all clients
  • Responsible for the timely account management and information circulation during the engagements in order to exceed client expectations
  • Be the face of the company at marketing/external events
  • Provides support to the Integrated Marketing Specialist in organizing external events of the company
  • Develops client relationships through phone calls and emails to constantly ensure the quality of service the company provides
  • Works hand-in-hand with Branding & Marketing Concept Developer to acquire and manage new business opportunities
  • Reports progress on a timely manner to General Manager
  • Prepares and proposes Sales budget and forecast
  • Gains assessment of client’s preference and financial capabilities to provide them more tailored proposals
  • Guides the clients throughout each service phase and the transitions to the projects proposed by the Branding & Marketing Concept Developer
  • Addresses the needs, requests for revision, and feedback of clients and communicate it accurately to the team
  • Deals with presentations of the deliverables to the client in a lively, inspiring and confident manner
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
