Minimum Qualifications:
Graduated from college

Location: Bicol Region

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing or a business-related course

Experience: With at least 10-15 years’ experience in the retail industry (supermarket, wholesale, department store formats), both in the Philippines and abroad. At least 5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in the same field.

Business understanding: Proven understanding of the retail industry in the Philippines and knowledge of Bicol’s market dynamics and players


  • Highly experienced in managing areas/regions with several stores and large teams
  • Proven record in meeting and exceeding sales target
  • Ability to effectively plan and implement strategies and initiatives
  • Excellent people management skills to lead team towards task accomplishment
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others
  • Skilled in conflict management
  • Customer-oriented and able to attend to customer feedbacks and complaints
  • Highly analytical and performance-oriented, with an understanding of relevant KPIs
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling him/her to communicate well to all levels in store operations
  • Experienced in operations management, sales and marketing
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Willing to work in/relocate to Bicol region
Job Description
  • Responsible for the overall performance and success of stores in the assigned area/region
  • Provide overall direction and proper execution of operational and marketing strategies to generate revenue and profitability
  • Lead implementation of company initiatives in the specific area
  • Supervise and support Branch Managers in his/her area to drive profitability and achieve targets and objectives
  • Conduct store visits to monitor compliance to operational/store standards
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers to assess performance
  • Review areas of operations to identify problems and opportunities for improvements
  • Share best practices with peers in company’s other locations
