Job Description
As a Senior Lab Engineer, you will:
- Define the tests to be carried out and ensure they are implemented adequately and accurately;
- Carry out tests according to appropriate work instructions and specifications in accordance with ISO 17025 quality standards;
- Identify the need for subcontracting activity, select and ensure the partner's capability;
- Write test reports and provide them to superior for validation and dispatch;
- Coordinate maintenance activity linked with the laboratory and facilitates calibration procedure of equipments
- Write work instructions related to new tests.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Sceience in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Good English verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- With minimum of 2 years experience in laboratory equipment managment
- With knowledge in automotive materials and products
- Works accurately, quickly and precisely
- Responsible, well-organized and proactive
- With demonstrated technical leadership
- Able to work independently
- With a healthy level of curiosity and openness to learning new things
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Time conscious and can follow schedule
