Job Description
- Coordinate with the different stakeholders on the different customers and operational requirements (Commercial / operational / financial)
- Organize the customer process with the different requirements
- Define the system requirements (operational system / tracking system)
- Synthesize the information in a Customer operational SOP and cascade it to operation
- Define Customer KPIs and monitoring process
- Support OMC in the analysis, formalization, harmonization of operational procedures with close reference to system functionalities for optimization of its efficiency
- Generate Operational reports for close monitoring of progress and actions taken
- Support in the monitoring of Credit Notes issued, Financial Adjustments and Negative Files
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduated of Engineering or any related Logistics Course
- 2 to 3 years work related experience
- Knowledgeable in Project management tools (PDCA, RACI) and Lean Management experience
