Job Description
This role will support the Management Committee in building organizational capacity through the design, development, and facilitation of enterprise-wide talent management, performance management and/or learning and organizational development programs.
Job summary and areas of responsibility:
- Compensation and Benefits
- HR program/policy development, administration, and compliance
- Employee hiring, on-boarding, termination, and records maintenance
- Employee and labor relations and communications
- Rewards program coordination and/or administration
- Training and Development
- Administration of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5-10 years of HR Generalist exposure. Skilled in payroll (manual and automated system), end to end recruitment, labor relations, administration.
- Well-versed with the Labor Code, government statutory reporting, and tax (TRAIN)
- Must be currently in a managerial position, or supervisory position with potential to move up
- Hands-on in all facets and comfortable working in a small team
- Background in construction, engineering or heavy equipment industries is an advantage
- Positive, hard worker, and interested to grow with the company for the long term
- Must be willing to work in Paranaque
