Job Description
- Drive the Executive Level Human Resources Business Partnership role by working with the members of the Board, Office of the Chairman, Office of the Chief Operating Officer as well as other Senior Leadership Team members
- Drive the strategic HR leadership agenda that goes along with the company’s business plans and objectives
- Development and implement the human resources policies and other human resource systems and processes
- Drive the implementation of all approved business strategies and plans based on the Board’s / COO’s directions and ensures that they are consistently aligned with the company’s operating policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain an integrated system for planning the human resources management requirements that are updated regularly
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all HR programs and make changes as appropriate in alignment with senior leadership’s business plans and directions
- Lead business unit heads on key organizational changes on human resources initiatives that contribute to overall success of the company
- Develop and implement programs and support mechanism that will ensure effective communications at all levels of the company
- Ensure that the HR organization is focused on achieving business objectives and encourage teamwork within the unit and across departments that leads to overall success in terms of delivering financial and organizational commitments
- Ensure alignment of operating systems and processes that will enable the business unit to achieve its overall business objectives
- Establish high standards of performance and hold employees firmly accountable for meeting those standards
- Provide support, recognition and feedback to assist employees towards achieving the desired performance expectations and standards
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 15-20 years of experience as Human Resources practitioner, or as HR Business Partner in national/ multinational companies.
- Background in retail, hospitality, FMCG is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience as a highly aligned business leader in strategic planning and support services
- With integrity, credibility, with demonstrated high moral values and ethical behavior and dedication
- Proven track-record of detail oriented management skills and dynamic leadership
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and change management skills Can interact effectively with individuals from all segments of the community
- Amenable to work in Bicol
