Job Description
Primary Sales duties will be the solicitation of the generator and motor repairs which is the core business of the organization. Secondary will be the solicitation of Turbine repairs, Field Service and mechanical repairs at all customers.
- Demonstrate compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Operational Procedure.
- Demonstrate compliance to the Company’s Quality Policy and achieve the target rating of the Quality Objective.
- Maintain documentations and records required by ISO 9001:2015 QMS Procedure.
- Assist / Take part in achieving the target rating of the Quality Objective and Key Performance Indicator of the Business Development Department (Sales Compliance must meet 95% compliance rate and Customer Satisfaction rate of 3).
- Support the Operations department to achieve the quality service to the customer.
- Support the Accounting Receivables in invoicing and collect unpaid / aged invoices from the customers.
- Hit the quarterly target sales of the Business Development Department.
- Take part in company’s program to reduce customer complaint and improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate, manage and monitor job orders status and update customer when necessary.
- Prepare for review Sales financial statements and data. Use the information provided by the Quality Management Procedure to improve the sale force and improve job profitability. Prepare and control sales and marketing budgets. Plan effective sales and marketing strategies for the financial well-being of the company.
- Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency between company and client. Facilitate coordination and communication between sales, operations and management functions.
- Perform sales activities to meet company financial goals. Manage customer support. Planned, perform and support sales and marketing activities.
- Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for sales and marketing activity. Implement and manage sales and marketing plans.
- Maintain good relationship to the customer.
- Assist marketing team in preparing market plans and strategies to promote company’s service.
- Analyse existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.
- Perform duties of the Business Development Support when not around, on vacation, or as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years experience as Sales Engineer, or in Sales/Marketing of Engineering Services (Repair, Inspection & Testing)
- Experiece in consultative sales process Strong analytical skills to identify industry trends and patterns
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Post-Sale Relationship Management skill Specific and have in-depth knowledge of the service
- Goal-driven attitude
- Preference is given to candidates coming from Bulacan (Baliuag)
- Amenable to 6-days work schedule
- Must be able to start asap
