Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain partner network
- Ability to conduct training
- Specification of product to electrical consultants
- Ensure maintenance and monitoring of records and reports pertaining to the sales department's client, sales result and activities
- Good planning & organizational skills with the ability to prioritize & manage well in an environment with competing demands
- Establish and foster product business relationships with local staff, distributors, business partners, customers and other business contacts towards ensuring the effective conduct of company's business
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate MUST possess a degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, new market penetration and account management in the related field is REQUIRED.
- Experience in a pannel builder company is an ADVANTAGE.
- Excellent knowledge of electrical solution or any electrical wiring devices
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
- MUST be willing to do field-work.
- No gender preferences as the company practice Gender Diversity.
Monthly incentive shall be given once the target is reached.
