Job Description
- Prepares quantity take off and costing for renovation project and fit-out projects
- Review project variation orders
- Responsible for reviewing and evaluating BOM/Bid Documents/Vendor quotes for new office build and office reconfiguration
- Develop RFI's and clarifications to contract/vendors
- Capable of communicating technical reviews and cost evaluation to the client and the management
- Monitor and track procurement planning and project budgets
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil)
- Preferably with at least two (2) years working experience in related field is required for this position
- Knowledgeable in building methods and materials, estimating building, material and labor cost
- Have a good grasp in the Philippines legislations and how the building site operates including safe work practice
- Knowledgeable with Autocad and MS Excel
