Job Description
You will join a growth-oriented company with a strong corporate culture and will be expected to drive the daily activities of the team. This role offers a unique opportunity for the shortlisted candidate to work with a high-level and international portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Front end development of landing pages from the scratch (HTML / CSS)
- Communicate project status and deliverables with the project manager
- Training and evaluation of junior team member's work
- Maintenance of CMS websites
- Dispatch and monitoring of Daily Production Activities
- Localization editing of digital assets (PSDs, Banners…)
- Quality assurance of digital support across desktop and mobile environments.
- Coordination with global counterparts (APAC, EMEA, LATAM)
- Conduct feasibility studies and project estimates
- Coordination with other teams regarding production concerns
- Preparation of technical documentation
- Management of daily production activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science and the like
- At least 1 year of experience in managing a team of Web Developers
- Has experience in web content development for E-Commerce sites
- Has experience in CMS development
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, (Illustrator is a plus)
- Advance HTML & CSS (media query) experience
- Demonstrated mobile-responsive design quality assurance
- Has experience with any ticketing system (i.e. JIRA)
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong consistency and attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and work ethic
- Comfortable in a multicultural work environment
- Must be a team player with good leadership skills
- Amenable with a shifting schedule
