Job Description
- Lead all Facilities Management business planning activities and contribute to corporate planning at a strategic level.
- Collaborate and coordinate with Supermarket BU heads in relation to forecasting projects for maintenance of equipment.
- Develop and implement a facility management program including preventive maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
- Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels and ensure efficient utilization of facility management staff.
- Plan and propose trainings to hone technical skills of staff.
- Review and recommend approval of all related technical maintenance and housekeeping requests.
- Manage, review and negotiate service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
- Prepare and track facility budget.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- With at least 10 years management experience (people, equipment, safety)
- With extensive experience in building facilities operations and maintenance
- Technical knowledge of MEPF systems and practices for commercial or industrial properties
- Knowledgeable in preparing CAPEX and OPEX budget
- Maintenance/ facilities management background in the retail or hospitality industries is preferred
