Job Description
- Manages the preparation of tender submissions such as drawings, plans, estimates and sketches;
- Analyses designs and specifications, and manages the preparation of preliminary sketches and detailed instructions.
- Coordinates with the client technical center on the technical approvals
- Manages the preparation of bid quantities, commercial and technical tenders;
- Verifies scope of works;
- Analyses terms and conditions of the contract and contractual obligations
- Attends pre and post tender meetings;
- Calculates the quantity and quality of materials needed;
- Attends site meetings/ surveys/ site inspections when necessary;
- Manages historical data base of projects and unit costs;
