Job Description
- Resolve technical issues while maintaining a high level of SLA
- Respond to user inquiries via telephone and email and track cases accurately
- Solve issues using agreed upon procedures and conduct proper escalation process
- Ensure that reports are updated
- Consistently aligned with new products, policy update and procedures
Fresh graduates who are fluent in Japanese are welcome to apply

Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication skills in the English language
- Professional to native fluency in Japanese language both written and oral
- Proactive and service oriented
- Has good interpersonal skills
- Amenable to work in different shifts if needed
- Highly adaptable and able to communicate with all levels within the organization
