Job Description
- Supervise Construction/Project Engineers and Admin Engineers in the construction process throughout all phases of the project.
- Supervises the construction budget based on the specifications and plans, manpower, equipment, and materials schedule.
- Present to the Project Manager the complete project implementation plan.
- Prepares and present’s the project’s construction schedule.
- Approves all materials and manpower requisition on site.
- Initiates the mobilization of the project, i.e.site setup (temporary facilities, barricades), initial site inspection.
- Establish the detailed estimate of a bill of quantities.
- Provides report regularly to the Head of Engineering Department and/or to the President.
- Proactively identifies issues and provide immediate solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Architect or Civil Engineer.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience as a Manager
- Hands-on experience in civil, interior fit-out works and building repair and construction is preferred.
- Experience in Fine Finishing works and Renovation Works is an advantage.
