Job Description
- Work with community/courier coordinator to identify and develop recruitment, training and other engagement projects and opportunities that support the goals of Etobee team.
- Train and help staff identify tactics for being constituency centered and support them on the fundamentals of working with and supervising community.
- Develop effective strategies to recruit the public and private sector to support the organizational mission.
- Work with community/courier coordinator, training and recognition for volunteers including written job descriptions, training and orientation materials.
- Develop and implement training for community/courier in various ways. Plan and oversee community appreciation events and other activities, coordinate awards and other forms of appreciation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in event planning
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field is required
- 2-3 years of previous traditional and digital marketing experience is preferred
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
