Outbound B2B Sales Representative | Australian Hours

Job Description

We are looking for outbound B2B sales professionals. Ideally, you will have experience in a B2B Sales and/or appointment setting campaigns.

In this position, you will be dialing prospects in Australia and offering them trade finance.

We are looking for sales individuals that are used to working in an outbound cold-calling environment on an auto-dialler. This position requires pitching all throughout the day in a fast-paced sales environment and requires someone with a lot of energy and upbeat attitude. You will be working alongside a team of account managers and other staff that are also supporting this campaign.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services, with and without the use of scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Meet weekly/monthly KPI’s and sales targets
  • Follow up on leads and maintain active pipeline daily
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information / Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Develop and maintain accurate product knowledge

Minimum Qualifications

The Outbound B2B Sales Agent Responsibilities Include:

  • 7 am - 4 PM Manila Time. Australian Hour Shift
  • Front-to-Back sales with B2B prospects (generous commissions provided).
  • Appointment setting / Live Transfers for our inside sales team in Sydney, Australia
  • Conducting a minimum amount of sales ‘pitches’ throughout the day via manual and/or auto-dialer.
  • Cold Calling environment
  • Australian Mortgage Account

Requirements

  • Experience in telesales or other sales/customer service role - minimal
  • Motivated, enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Tertiary education desired
