Job Description
- Develop, Review, and Implement Health, Safety, Environment programs, policies and procedures for EE Group and Subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance of local and international Helath, Safety and Environment Standards.
- Ensure that the Project Site's Safety Rules and Regulations are being observed by all workers and visitors in the project.
- Ensure required Safety trainings are undertaken by EE staff and project satff.
- Supervise and conduct Safety Audits and Inspection at all Project Sites.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor/College Degree in Engineering (Environment, Safety and Health/Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Industrial), Medical Science or equivalent.
- With at least 3 years of working experience in Construction and Civil Engineering related activities.
- Computer Literate.
- Undergone Construction Occupational Safety and Health Training.
- Undergone Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training.
- Knowledge in Basic MS Office for submission of reports and communication (email).
- Skills/Training: Technical writing skills, effective communication skills, and knowledge of safety policies, accident investigation, occupational safety & its practices, as well as federal state and local safety laws and regulations.
- With Basic Occupational Safety and Health Certification / Constructional Occupational Safety and Health Certification; BLS (Basic Life Support Training) and FA (First Aid) Training advantage.
- Knowledgeable in implementing basic occupational, health and safety programs and policies.
