Job Description
- Answer, scree,n and route telephone calls and VP & CPO's email as required.
- Proactively respond to questions, concerns, and requests for information, ensuring that routine questions and request are responded to promptly.
- Act as liaison between the VP & CPO and departments and provide prompt positive support to internal requests.
- Arrange and schedule business and staff meetings, including coordinating conference calls, video conferencing, book rooms, preparing meeting materials, etc.
- Maintain and update the VP & CPO's calendar.
- Act as custodian of legal documents and other confidential information.
- Order and stock office supplies for VP & CPO as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administrative or Business Studies.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform with professionalism and poise.
