Sourcing Coordinator  

1. Responsible for developing souring strategies for existing amd new project with alignment to both Engineering and Operations requirements.

2. Implements sourcing strategy to achieve lowest total costs, continous quality improvement, om-time delivery for project milestones, cycle time improvement and early supplier involvement in product/product development.

3. Promotes and monitors early supply involvement in key product/project developments using the supplier's expertise to optimize qaulity, cost, flexibility and throughout.

4. Involve in sourcing activities for moderate to high risk related products and services using the approved sourcing process to satisfy company's requirements.

5. Maintains continous in-depth knowledge of market conditions, industry trends, and developing technology.

6.Ensure policy and process compliance in purchases;

7. Manages sourcing decisions covering selected commodities.

• Candidate must possess atleast a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
• Minimum of 1 year in purchasing, strategic sourcing or supply chain management
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Team player, self-driven and able to work independently towards achieving common/group objective;
• Sense of Urgency;
• Individual who works well under pressure;
• High motivation, willingness to perform and strong determination to succeed.
• Must be highly detailed and able to work multiple tasks independently with little supervision in fast paced environment.
