Job Description

A. Defines and implements sales strategy and roadmap

  1. Conducts account performance evaluations
  2. Prepares account sales plans
  3. Provides inputs to Business Dev't in the scoping, implementation and sale of new products/ businesses
  4. Shares with Product Managers competitive info on products, industry and account

B. Maintains existing accounts / acquires new

  1. Regularly conducts sales calls with the assigned accounts
  2. Acquire new channels/accounts
  3. Conducts QBR with accounts/support group
  4. Responds promptly to sales & after-sales inquiries
  5. Mediates account with support group ( such as but not limited to finance, collector, marketing, service)

C. Ensures achievement of targets/goals

  1. Provides weekly updates on performance
  2. Provide accurate forecasts/ withdrawals
  3. Calls out risks/ assistance needed on matters beyond scope/ accountabilities
  4. Extends assistance to Business Development on new projects/ endeavors

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • 2 to 5 years of grassroots, trade distribution,strong track record on achieving budget and revenues
  • Strong written, verbal , presentation and organizational skills.
