Job Description
- Achieves/Exceeds monthly and quarterly sales, marketing, and hospital/healthcare accounts
- Create, develop and to maintain good business relationships with hospital and healthcare accounts acquired and/or provided by the company
- Assisting sales manager in planning of long- and short-term sales and marketing strategies designed to improve the company’s performance by increasing volume in terms of client acquisition and retention
- Provide relevant and up to date reports (market research) on all relevant hospital and healthcare clients as well as potential clients
- Ensuring that accounts handled are served on time and are satisfied with company’s quality of service by ensuring quality of products and services offered are served or delivered to customers
- Creating and populating of sales funnel
- Communication and collaboration with other departments on a day-to-day basis to ensure success of both product and services delivered:
- Aids in company public relations (corporate branding) by establishing a stand-out and stellar reputation for Equilife Medical internally, and externally
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy
- Familarity in the medical/healthcare indusry is a plus
- Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years in a good standing company
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Self starter
- Agile and Flexible
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Can work with minimal supervision
- High integrity and history of trust with all previous companies worked at
- Outstanding problem-solving skills;
- Wants a part of success and change in the Philippine health system
